3d Printed Mclaren?
If this is true, count me in.
BBC - Autos - Audi's 3D printer works in metal
Audi just made the world's first 3d printed car. I'm not sure if it's the first in the world but if Audi is getting into this, then you know this is real.
Guess the way it works is you simply upload a design in one of these 3d printers and out comes out a full on vehicle.
Love to see a Mclaren go through the same process. Who knows, in the future we all might be able to print a McLaren ourselves.
I do see these design files lying around like this inlet cover for an electric vehicle.

Has anyone tried making a part or so from this technology?
If yes, can I be your future protegeLast edited by fastlifer; 12-16-2016 at 01:44 PM.

Looks like it. Apparently Boeing has been using this technology for years. I just never saw a car made from this?
